If you need more information than our Services page provides, you can call our Main Office line Mon. thru Fri. 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Send Us a Message for any questions or if you require any of our services. If you have an emergency and it’s after hours you can call our Emergency Line 24/7.
It’s so simple. When you get in touch with a member of our team you will be asked a short series of questions. Our technology interface will draw up a work order for the work you require with the max labor cost proposed in the order. Then we will schedule a day and time frame for the visit that works best with your schedule.
We will schedule a day and time with you for our visit when you speak with a member of our team to order a work order. We have enough members on our team that we can usually schedule a day and time frame within a week of the day you call. Or later down the road if you require.
Unless you decide to use our Contracting or Emergency Services you will pay for the service after a member of our team completes the work. All of our team members carry a tablet on them that will have your work order already loaded on it. When one of us arrive, you and our team member will sign a simple contract with a simple thumbprint signature which will be immediately emailed or texted to you. When we have finished, you can pay with a card or cash right there on the spot and the team member will email you a receipt and your 365 Day Warranty info.
As soon as we have completed our work the member of our team that is doing the work will take your form of payment and email/text you a receipt as well as the 365 Day Warranty documentation.
For our Hourly Service we take cash or credit/debit only. With our Contracting Service and our Emergency Service it is case by case at the discretion of the team member who is handling your request.
We are certified to perform virtually any work required on your home and we can sub-contract an HVAC Technician if you require our Contracting Services, but our main goal is to provide a simple, Hourly platform for our customers to receive quality, reliable Handyman Work. We can not provide HVAC Services for our Hourly Service plan.
Whether it be a clogged septic line, a leaky supply line, a new faucet/toilet or a new remodel we are equipped to do it for you.
Our team is highly skilled in residential electrical systems. We can replace a light/outlet all the way to replace a service panel.
We can do finish carpentry at a level of true craftsmanship and frame at a level of building an entire home.
Most residential repair/install jobs require some kind of drywall work. We are experienced installers and skilled finishers.
