Our Story
We are a team of local contractors in the Richmond, Virginia tri-cities who came together with a simple idea: How can we make service work easier and more affordable for the customer while also making things simpler for ourselves? We already had a combined experience of over 100 years and owned some of the most reliable small businesses in the area. But we were tired of the old bidding system that made things difficult for the customers and expensive and time consuming for our businesses. We understood what our customers were complaining about when they would make comments like, “It’s hard to find reliable service” and “That company may be reliable but they are just TOO expensive.” We knew there had to be another way to do this that would make the service industry an easy and affordable market for everyone.
So we came up with an idea...
To combine our skills into one universal platform with a flat rate across the board, and offer it to the customer in a simple inclusive package that is not only easy to understand but affordable as well. We take out the need to get quotes, research requirements and look for a specific skill set. We do all of that for you and at a flat hourly cost. So when you contact a member of the team you will know how much, how long, what time and what will happen within 5 minutes of placing your order. You won’t have to pay a cent until the job is finished and every receipt comes with a one year warranty.
And how do we achieve this?
By doing something that very little contractors do, we combine the traditional time honored system of face to face business practices, so trusted in our industry, with modern business automation technology. All while offering the best kind of reliability and service that can come from a trusted, locally owned business. That’s what makes us unique when compared to our competitors. Some of them have implemented small parts of this idea but not as a whole. And no one that has implemented modern tech has been able to remain as personable as we have as well.
